International Customers:


- Twin Saints Inspirations is a U.S.-based business.

- All items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days.

- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number (when available). 


- Customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

- For customers in the UK, EU, and select countries, VAT may be collected at checkout by Etsy. If applicable, customs duties may also apply upon delivery.

- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and seasonal volume. 

- International orders may take longer than expected to arrive. Please allow up to 30 business days from the ship date.

- Twin Saints Inspirations is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs.

- If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

Yes! Most orders receive  a tracking number. You can find your order tracking under the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your Etsy account.  You will also receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email from Etsy.  Please note: some orders may not receive tracking, especially international orders or orders where Economy shipping is selected.  If you do not receive tracking information for your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Because our products are printed-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 21 days of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect item.  Be sure to include photos of the defective or incorrect item, and we will make it right.  

For apparel, we recommend consulting the size chart included on the product listing to help ensure proper fit.  For home decor items such as canvas wall art, we recommend taking measurements of the desired location for the item to ensure you select the correct size item.

Each product from Twin Saints Inspirations is made just for you—literally. We’ve chosen a print-on-demand business model to ensure we only produce what’s needed, when it’s needed. This cuts down on waste and prevents excess inventory. Your order is part of a better way to do business—one that reflects our dedication to care for God's creation.
